Return Policy

Returns can be made in person at our physical location (not over the phone or online). Receipt is required. Must be within 30 days of purchase. Edible items are returnable if at least 1/2 the bag is left. Hard goods (beds, toys, collars, etc.) are only returnable if they are undamaged and in original packaging. Some manufacturers may have their own guarantees or return policies that should be handled directly with that manufacturer.
